Among the offline websites Mac softwares that you describe, which one would be best suited to create very simple sites (only one page) to be able to listen to a list of mp3 files, and which would allow to make this page compatible with WCAG accessibility rules?
I’m retired and now run a small non profit french association that works for accessibility of visually impaired people to magazines, newletters and restaurant menus, in audio version, thanks to the Apple Text-To-Speech system. I’ve developed a software to produce such audio contents that that can be listened to on mp3 players, mobile phones or specialized voice assistants (Plextalk, Milestones, etc.) . I’ve been in software development for near 30 years (for the APF, a french association for children with physical disabilities). But I’ve never done web development, and don’t have time to train in HTML, JavaScript etc. I mainly develop in the fields of audio and man-machine interfaces.
